First contact, either by picking up the phone or emailing me is always the hardest part to getting help for your problems. 

If I do not answer the phone when you call me, it is probably because I am in session with a client. Please leave me a message and contact number. I will get back to you – usually within a couple of hours. If is late in the day then the following morning.

I will be able to discuss your problem with you and work out a way forward. This would usually be an initial 20 minute complimentary session to see how we get on together and to discuss your problems in more depth. I do not require any commitment from you to proceed beyond the initial session.
